The New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority, in collaboration with the Skating Club of Lake Placid and sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating, will host the 67th Lake Placid Figure Skating Championships on June 19-22 at the Olympic Center. This competitive non-qualifying event features singles and pairs competitions across all levels, from beginner to senior.

Event Highlights:
- Over 200 skaters from the Northeast and Canada will compete.
- The junior men’s event includes four international competitors: David Shteyngart (CAN), David Bondar (CAN), Kirk Haugeto (USA), and Aleksandr Fegen (USA), the 2024 U.S. junior bronze medalist.
- The senior men’s event features Bruce Waddell (CAN), a 2020 Youth Olympian and 2022 Ice Dance World Junior Champion, and Will Annis (USA), the 2022 U.S. junior silver medalist.
- First Lake Placid Figure Skating Championships took place in 1957.
