Additional Details: Becoming an Olympian requires passion, and the passion for winter sports enjoys a permanent home in Lake Placid, the Winter Sports Capital of the World. In maintaining world-class venues and staging events at all levels of competition, ORDA nurtures that passion and powers the dreams of aspiring athletes. The event is an opportunity to recognize the achievements of the region’s Olympians and let those dreams echo boldly across the village, through the surrounding mountains, and beyond. |
