If the project can be postponed until after the holidays, we feel confident that it will increase the number of bids that ORDA receives and increase their competitiveness, resulting an overall lower cost. I understand that the project has a strict construction schedule to meet the objectives outlined in the project information, to have everything operational for the winter of 25/26.
