We are very interested in pursuing this project, but with the limited time available, we will not be able to turn in a bid. If the project can be postponed until after the holidays, we feel confident that it will increase the number of bids that ORDA receives and increase their competitiveness, resulting an overall lower cost. I understand that the project has a strict construction schedule to meet the objectives outlined in the project information, to have everything operational for the winter of 25/26. However, there are avenues to recoup time during the construction process through alternative work schedules and proper planning, which will allow the original schedule to be maintained. | ANSWER: The Bid date will not be extended. |
