Sodexo Live helps keep guests fueled across Olympic Authority venues, from a quick lunch between runs to catered events. Working with Logan McReynolds, the Olympic Authority’s Food & Beverage Concessions Manager, the partnership supports dining improvements and guest service across our venues. Recent highlights include expanded dining options, streamlined checkout and more than $3.2 million in staff wages paid by Sodexo Live during winter 2025–26. And the season’s sales reveal which guest favorites earned a place on our food and beverage podium.

Food & Beverage Highlights

    • $1.2 million in catering sales in FY 2025–26 across the Olympic Center/Conference Center, Olympic Jumping Complex and Mt Van Hoevenberg.
    • More than $3.2 million in staff wages paid by Sodexo Live during the 2025–26 winter season.
    • Expanded dining options: Belleayre’s Discovery Lodge added two food outlets, and Timber & Thyme opened at Gore’s North Creek Ski Bowl. Overlook Lodge cafeteria and Groomer’s Pub improvements are planned for winter 2026–27.

    • Greater return to the Olympic Authority: The updated Sodexo agreement provides a 17% year-round food and beverage commission, up one percentage point in winter and nine percentage points in summer.
